Howdy gang!  For our November meeting (on Tuesday the 14th) we’re going through have a 3-part meeting! First, we heading back to one of the oldest magic effects ever - cups and balls. Jackie Reynolds will be teaching basic handlings, and I will be illustrating a two cup routine - if you have a certain handling that you use for C&B, we’d love to see it - and by the way, this includes chop cup routines (remember the amazing lecture from Michael Kaminskas?). Second, we’ll be having a Works In Progress if you would like to show something you’re working on, and would like to get feedback. Third, it’s that time of the year again for our Magic Tag Sale (normally we’d do it in December, but Marc DeSousa is lecturing then). I will be providing confectionary treats to all those who attend!  I want to welcome Sudhir as our new secretary for the club!  Thank you Sudhir! As I discussed last meeting, throughout this year we want to start having members who don’t normally perform pick an effect they would like to do, and we’ll be working on it together throughout the year - our idea working up to a 5-10 minute effect that you can present - we’ll then have a show highlighting those members!
