S.A.M. Al Baker Assembly #35 Newsletter June 2023 President’s Words Welcome to summer! Our last meeting before the summer break will be on Tuesday June 13th at 7:30 pm. It will be a “works in progress” and “what you want to work on for the summer” meeting - plus we will have a grab bag for each one of you filled with cards, etc. thanks to Sam Patton’s estate. Of course we’ll be getting together for dinner at 6 pm if you can make it.  Also a reminder that Sunday August 27th will be our annual bbq - we’ll be talking about it at the meeting. The main event will be June 30th, July 1st, and July 2nd at the Center for Performing Arts at Rhinebeck for our assembly show.  It’s been several years since we’ve had an event like this - this is how we build our coffers to offer you lectures and magical happenings throughout the year.  It’s imperative that we all promote this as much as possible to the public, friends, and family.
