President’s Words ~ Write on Que
Hello Everyone,
I am glad to say 20 people have responded to our first email about this month's Christmas party. So at the bottom of the page I have a list; if your name is not on it and you plan on coming please let me know.
For finger foods we'll have; Fried mozzarella, Tomatoes & mozzarella, stuffed clams, calamari, cold antipasti, pastries, soda and coffee. There is an open cash bar. If you're a paid member it's free or $15 dollars for non-members.
I would like everyone to bring a trick you can perform for the group. Possibly this could lead into teaching a trick night, if you would like to share it. Also, we're going to have a secret Santa. I am asking you to go through your junk drawer of magic and pull something out that you haven't used in a while. Wrap it up in wrapping paper, newspaper, paper towel, or anything you have. Hand it to Santa at the door and you will get a number. At some point we'll pull the numbers and you'll get to pick a present. If you like what you get you can keep it or trade with someone else for something different. It's all about having fun.
If you have magic you would like to sell, bring it in. I believe Frank has a lot more stuff, so bring cash!!! There will be tables in the back to set up on.

T.B.A. - Feel free to speak up at this month's meeting about what you would like to see at the upcoming meetings such as Lecture, Help with a magic move or sleight, Teach-in, Tricks presented on the S.A.M. Virtual Assembly, etc.
